Overview

This single-cell pack pairs an INR18650 cell with a protection board in a button-top 1S1P format, for devices designed around one 3.6V lithium-ion cell with protected output. Protection: the pack carries a protection board with short-circuit protection; charge and discharge cut-offs are 4.2V and 2.5V. Leads, connectors and shrink-wrap colours can be adapted per project. Where a device needs more runtime from the same single-cell format, the 3.6V 3.0Ah 18650 battery pack and the 3.6V 3.2Ah 18650 battery pack keep the protected 1S1P button-top build with higher-capacity cells.

Build and options

Leads, connectors and labelling are confirmed against your equipment drawing before samples are made, and the pack is built to the specification above once it is confirmed. For shipping and compliance files, UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS documents can be confirmed and provided for specific models — tell us the model you are buying and we will confirm which documents cover it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What protection does the button-top 1S1P pack include?

The pack is built with a protection board that provides short-circuit protection and guards the cell at the 4.2V charge cut-off and 2.5V discharge cut-off.

What are the charge and discharge limits?

Charge at 0.5C standard and up to 1C maximum; discharge at 0.2C standard and up to 1C maximum continuous, within the +10 to +45°C charge and −20 to +60°C discharge temperature windows.
